If you need to cancel your class, here’s how it works:

• 72 hours or more before class
  You’ll receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee. You can also choose to reschedule or receive a credit toward a future class.

• Between 72 and 24 hours before class
  We’ll issue you a class credit to use at another session.

​​

• Less than 24 hours before class or no‑shows
  Because materials and instructor time are already prepared, we’re unable to offer refunds or credits.

• If The Glass Patch cancels
  In the rare case we need to cancel (due to weather or instructor illness), you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer into another class.

• Transfers
  Can’t make it? You’re welcome to send someone in your place—just let us know ahead of time.
